General Information

For the past 18 years, Grad School Road Map has provided extremely successful 1-on-1 graduate school application coaching.

Our work with applicants is both comprehensive and personalized. It begins with a detailed assessment of your academic, research and professional background, career goals, and educational aspirations. Next, we develop a customized plan that guides you through every step of the application process.

To date we have worked with just over 1150 applicants, with a 97% acceptance rate and over $22 million in funding. Our approach is extremely client-focused, rather than cookie cutter.

Additionally and uniquely, we work by the hour, offering an extremely competitive rate with options ranging from basic consulting to comprehensive application support.
